Home was once owned by the Menniger Family. Prefer 12 month lease but willing to consider more flexible terms for hospital employees. Central air and heat. Third floor attic is a large open carpeted space with cedar closets that would be great for storage, an office area, or craft room (no heat or ac). Laundry hookups and lots of open storage room in the basement. Closed in back porch surrounded by windows leads out to a large deck. Old carriage house has been coverted into an outdoor shed. No smoking. No section 8. Small pets considered on a case by case basis. Electronic applications required for each adult living in the residence ($35 each) located on our web site ' General rental qualifications are outlined on the application page. Background screenings are required. Tours are available with 24 hours notice. Prefer daytime hours during the work week days if possible.
