Additional amenities include a free washer/dryer, a community pool, and access to a nearby gym. You will have three parking spots available, not assigned, on a first-come, first-served basis, labeled 'Visitor'. Situated in a gated community with a security guard, this home provides peace of mind and a sense of safety. The location is conveniently close to several attractions: just 5 minutes to USF, 8 minutes to MOSI, 11 minutes to Busch Gardens Tampa, 10 minutes to Takomah Trail Park, and 13 minutes to Lettuce Lake Park. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads, and the kitchen includes a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please inform us immediately upon check-in for restocking.
