The first floor features two living rooms, two dining spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, an office nook, three full bathrooms, and three bedrooms. Upstairs houses the last two bedrooms. The first living room includes a sofa, a loveseat, two armchairs, and a SmartTV, while the second living room has two small sofas and a SmartTV. Both dining tables are large farm tables with two chairs and two benches each. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential cookware and dinnerware needed to make meals. Two of the three bathrooms have a shower/tub combination, and the last has a stand-up shower. The first floor hosts three of the five bedrooms: the first bedroom has two full beds, the second has a king bed, and the third has three full beds. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk, and the second has a twin bed. Outside, enjoy a large deck with patio furniture, a grill, and a private pool. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. The home is located two miles from Birmingham CrossPlex and offers easy access to I-65. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for convenience. The pool is open until October 1st and is not heated. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service days. The house features contact-free check-in via a digital door code, with the code provided upon check-in. Guests have full and private access to the home. Some guests have expressed concerns about the neighborhood, although there have been no security issues reported. If you are concerned, we are happy to discuss it with you. Pets are welcome, but evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste found in the yard or home will incur additional cleaning charges.
