Valet parking is the only available option with unlimited in/out privileges for a daily fee of $48, payable directly to the building. The valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but excluding trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. An Enterprise rental car company is available within the retail lobby for added convenience. Our property enjoys a prime location in the vibrant neighborhood of Edgewater, overlooking the picturesque Biscayne Bay. An 8-minute scenic drive will lead you to South Beach, where you can explore Lincoln Road Mall and the iconic Art Deco architecture lining historic Ocean Drive. The Grand is conveniently situated near Wynwood, Miami's trendiest neighborhood, and Brickell City Center, a premier shopping and dining destination. Non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund. The building has strict occupancy rules allowing 4 adults and 3 children only. No smoking is permitted inside the condo, only on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking, a charge equivalent to the security deposit will be applied. Check-in is strictly between 4pm to 10pm, and check-out is at 11am. Luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. Missing streaming devices or remotes will incur a charge of $100 per missing item. No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed for stays shorter than 28 days, and violations will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Absolutely no loud music, parties, or altercations with building security or staff are allowed, with violations resulting in eviction and a $150 fine.
