We are so excited to share our home with you! This is our home away from home, and we hope you can make it yours too! We have furnished and equipped this home with everything we want to have access to on our vacation. The relaxation and reenergizing feeling this home gives us when we need a break from our daily work grind is so magical... Lake Havasu has so much to offer, and we are hoping our homes is the icing on the cake during your stay. Sunsets, views, space, comfort... we have it all! EXTERIOR (BACK) >Pool >Comfortable outdoor sectional under the covered patio >BBQ grill >LAKE VIEWS and UNREAL SUNSETS! >Privacy backyard Guests will not have access to the primary bedroom, garages, or the detached casita (currently sits empty) We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! North side of town, lakeside. Quiet, residential, luxury homes We recommend you have a car or transportation in and around town RESERVATIONS Must be 25+ years old to book. A $250 - $500 deposit may be requested for bookings and holidays. No unauthorized guests allowed, only those on reservation. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 7 am (includes loud voices and music). This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately or you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. SECURITY CAMERAS Exterior only around the perimeter of the home Backyard, front yard, side yards Motion detected and recorded, fined if tampered with PETS Sorry, this home is not pet friendly NO SMOKING AND VAPING Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. Minimum $200 fine. Smoking is only permitted outdoors (with closed windows and doors). USE OF POOL AND SPA Pool cleaner comes 1-3x a week through the side gate to clean the pool, which takes a few minutes and they will not interrupt your stay. No glass or food in or around the pool. If the pool needs to be drained as a result of this violation it will be at the expense of the guest. POOL HEATING >$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required) >It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice CHECK-INS AND CHECK-OUTS Early check-in or late check-out, if available, may be an additional fee. For items left behind, a $10 service charge is added to the shipping rate. TPT#21502335 Vacation Rental Permit#064750 CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
