About This Property
Thank you for your interest in renting the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom upstairs duplex at 2204 W College Ave, Spokane. Feel free to drive by anytime. Rent is $1,000 per month. Owner pays for water, sewer, garbage. Tenant pays for electricity. Newly refurbished unit with new double paned windows, new flooring, paint, and new kitchen countertops and sink. A cute unit only 2 blocks from Kendall Yards, and a few houses down from a local park. There is a shared fenced backyard. Owner may approve of a cat or small dog with a non-refundable $500 deposit and a $25 monthly pet rent. Move-in costs: First month rent. Security deposit may be paid over time. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent. Is your credit score at least 620? (You can easily check your credit score for free on websites like Credit Karma or Annual Credit Report.) Is your gross monthly household income at least 3 times the rent, not per person?
