The living room shares space with the dining area and has a decorative fireplace with 65" flatscreen above and seating for 8 guests with 2 couches and 2 club chairs. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and butcher block countertops. A guest bathroom off the kitchen was recently remodeled to feature a newly tiled shower. The guest bedroom adjacent to the bathroom offers sleeping for up to 4 guests with a twin over full bunk bed and a single bed next to that. There is a full wall of closets in this room as well. Through the kitchen and down the hall you will find a full laundry area with storage above and beyond the laundry area is the Master Bedroom which offers a King size bed,2 nightstands,a dedicated workspace and a dresser with flat screen TV above. The Master offers 2 walk-in closets and access to the covered lanai. A full bathroom across from the master functions as the en suite as well as the pool bath and features a new butcher block vanity sink and a custom shower/tub combo. Step out onto the lanai from either the hallway or the Master Bedroom to find an elevated porch with seating area,dining area,and a 4-burner BBQ grill.
