The dining room table seats 8 comfortably. Charge your electric car with our 220V Tesla charger, on us! Our converted garage also contains a mini gym with all the workout equipment you need to break a sweat. Speaking of breaking a sweat, jump in our infrared sauna! We also have a pool table, darts, and a TV to watch the game. There is an optional fee to heat the pool, which should be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This service is an additional $99.00 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service, with a minimum of 2 nights required. Spa heating is complimentary. A pet fee of $75 applies. Music played indoors must not be heard outdoors. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting the house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. There is a child safety gate available. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles per house. A highchair and Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge.
