The dining room table is perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or takeout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and a Keurig Coffee Maker. It also includes cooking items such as pots and pans, a baking tray, cooking utensils, knives, a cutting board, strainer, and mixing bowls. There are 4 sets of plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, and flatware. Additionally, the home has a vacuum, broom, Swiffer, and ironing board. Each floor has a shared washer and dryer, which are coin-operated or can be used cashless via an app. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $450 for those bringing pets. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee. There is one on-site parking space available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis. Neither the property owner nor management shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury related to the use of the parking space. Parking is available on the street in the neighborhood around the building, and assistance is available for applying for a parking permit. This home offers contactless, seamless, and easy self-check-in. You will receive your check-in information 48 hours prior to your arrival, and a unique check-in code will be sent to you 8 hours before your arrival. A $100 fee will be assessed if keys to your mailbox are not returned upon check-out. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if the odor of smoke is reported. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise monitoring devices are in place to ensure compliance. Excess noise, music, gatherings, or parties will result in the termination of your reservation without refund. Exterior cameras are installed to monitor entries to the building. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, tissues, and coffee grounds should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal, as plumbing issues may result in charges.
