Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via Airbnb messenger to answer any questions or concerns. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! This desired and conveniently located luxury home is available as per the following: • Furnished monthly rental, max 6 months, varying monthly rates • Age requirement for booking is minimum 25-years old • No smoking, parties or events • Must be respectful of the neighbors • 3 private parking spots and street pass available, no access to garage • At an additional charge, extra cleaning service is available upon request • You will be notified if spa or landscape personnel need access • Fully furnished and equipped with all necessities – just bring your suitcase! If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
