Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, though washcloths are not included. Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars, with overflow parking available 250 feet down the street. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost upon request, but propane gas grills and other gear are available for an extra cost. A pet fee of $150 per pet applies, and only small dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged. Guests will have access to the entire house. No street parking is allowed. The house does not feature a movie room or a spa, only a pool. Staff speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Turkish. The property includes office space for those who need to work from home, with high-speed internet available. A laptop computer is not included.
