The queen bed has side tables, and there is extra storage. The living room has a comfortable sofa with ottoman, lift-top coffee table, rug, floor lamp, flat screen TV on console with bookshelf. The kitchen has a marble top cart and table with chairs. There are dishes, glasses, pots and pans and silverware. The ceilings in the living room and kitchen are 9 ' high Most of the interior lights are dimmer controlled including six separate controls in the loft (there is a remote dimmer control for the reading lamp above the upstairs bed and a remote for the color and brightness of the back lighting behind the bed). Under-cabinet lights illuminate the granite kitchen countertop and sink The kitchen sink has a garbage disposal, soap dispenser and a 5-stage reverse osmosis water filter The illuminated stove hood has a fan that exhausts air to the roof-top Includes a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a 36" stove with griddle There is a central vacuum cleaner that connects to a kitchen dustpan and a wall inlet for the hose with a powered beater bar. It filters out the dust and exhausts the air to the outside roof vent The non-functioning fireplace has a granite hearth and mantel holds a second flat screen TV The downstairs office has a desk, chair and bookshelves. The downstairs has hardwood floors, large moldings, and large windows with 2" wide blinds The downstairs closet contains a dimmable light, electrical outlet and window The bathroom has an opening double paned skylight, a wall phone and, its own separate ceiling heater. The bathroom cabinets with doors have adjustable shelves (9 in the floor to ceiling cabinet, 4 in the cabinet above the toilet cabinet and 3 in the mirrored vanity cabinet) The gas heater thermostat can be programmed to turn on and off automatically The like new, non-coin, full size, high efficiency, LG washer & dryer are not shared with the tenant in the other unit The private deck has electrical outlets at two locations Outside power switches control the water fountain and 2,900 mini lights The automatic security deck floodlight and front gate light can be turned off when less lighting is desired The locked rear gate allows the tenant the option to park a car for $25/month on a rear section of the 430 sq. ft. deck. The walkway and private deck are surrounded with a six-foot-high fence, with locking gates (all locks will be rekeyed to the same key unless otherwise requested) There is a Ring Wired Video Doorbell Elite in the securely locked high front gate The in-ground plants and the planters in the 3 window boxes, fence top, tree baskets, and deck are watered by a timer-controlled drip irrigation system The rain gutters on side and rear of duplex will divert rain water away from door and walkway The updated copper plumbing uses non-lead solder in its connections, has insulated hot water pipes, and provides plenty of water flow for all faucets No smoking, no pets Required FICO score at least 700, 3X income to rent.
