Two additional bedrooms are located in this hallway, one with two full beds and another with a full bed. The dining room, off the living room, includes a farm table that seats ten and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Downstairs, an additional living space with a SmartTV and a futon offers extra sleeping space if needed. There are also two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and access to the outside. The first downstairs bedroom has a full bed, and the second has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Patio furniture, a grill, and a basketball hoop with balls are available. The pool is open until October 1st and is not heated. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service days. The house features contact-free check-in via a digital door code, and guests will have full and private access to the home. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book. The fireplace is decorative only and not available for use.
