We do a credit check,background check,job,and rental history. The requirements for approval are: • A 610 minimum credit score,and no prior bankruptcies in the last 10 years. • Clear background check with no prior felonies in the last 10 years. • Two landlords need to be provided to verify rental history,if applicable,and they cannot be relatives. • Employment verification for the last year of employment. To support the application,you may provide proof of financials by emailing us 3 check stubs and/or 3 bank statements. Tenant(s) are responsible for gas,water and electric. We only hold properties for 10 days for approved applicant(s) with the lease signed and security deposit paid. Ask us about our pet policy for this specific home! It may not allow pets! If it does,two maximum,and there is a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per
