This apartment has all wood floors and ceiling fans in every room. It is walking distance from Highland Park with its massive trees and walking paths as well as walking distance from bus and free trolley stops. The apartment is about a mile to downtown Roanoke and the Roanoke River Greenway as well as the Carilion Hospital. The owner will consider pets with extra pet deposit. This apartment is ideal for someone moving to the area, just starting out on their own, or traveling professional. The lease options are: Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $1,650.00 per month for an individual or couple with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $800 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease. $100/ month extra for an additional person. - Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit. Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $1,800.00 per month for an individual or couple with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $700 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease. $100/ month extra for an additional person. - Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit. The house is completely furnished. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 2.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.

Situated along the curve of Roanoke River and Interstate 220, Old Southwest Roanoke lies just a few blocks south of the downtown area. This area consists of historic homes that locals can visit during the annual Parlor Tour of Homes.
