Stay productive with 500 Mbps high-speed mesh Wi-Fi throughout the house and backyard, and multiple laptop-friendly working areas. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, a walk-in pantry, and a bar area for entertaining. In the evening, enjoy outdoor dining on the patio or gather around the fire pit for a cozy night under the stars. There is an optional fee to heat the pool, which requires a request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This service is an additional $99 per night with a minimum of 2 nights required. We can sometimes accommodate one small dog under 10 lbs with pre-approval and pre-payment. The fee is $450 non-refundable for one small dog. We are unable to accommodate cats or multiple dogs. Minutes from local shopping and dining, this home is conveniently located near Target, Costco, Walmart, Trader Joe's, and multiple grocery stores. Enjoy a variety of restaurants in the area or take a short drive to Joshua Tree Park, Palm Springs, Coachella Valley, and Indian Wells. With easy access to Highway 111 and I-10, the neighborhood offers plenty of walking and biking opportunities. No parties, large gatherings, or extra guests are allowed. All guests staying overnight must be listed on the reservation. Adult guests must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking, and a valid ID is required. La Quinta has a noise ordinance with quiet hours from 10pm to 7am, and noise levels must remain below 70 decibels at all times. Noise is actively monitored using a noise sensor. Regular maintenance services, including pool, pest, and gardening, are scheduled and posted at the home. Guests are responsible for putting trash bins to the curb weekly and returning them to the side of the house. Citations for sanitation violations will be charged to the guest. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi with multiple mesh points for full coverage, reaching across the backyard for outside work. Multiple laptop-friendly working areas and a desk with an extra monitor are available for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
