About This Property
Located just 2 miles from Downtown Greenville and a short walk to the Swamp Rabbit Trail is this beautiful newly constructed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Our home is available for monthly rental and is fully furnished with kitchen utensils, linens, and utilities included. All three bedrooms are upstairs, with a King bed in the master, a second room with a Full and twin bed, and a third bedroom featuring a desk and a twin bed. Please note: this home is in a transitional neighborhood. The Space: Welcome to Trailhead Inn! A Monthly furnished rental in the transitional Nicholtown neighborhood with utilities included. This home is pet friendly, with a pet fee* to be charged after booking. Please note that there is foot traffic in this neighborhood and homes currently under construction. We are located in the City of Greenville and are very close (2 miles) to Downtown Greenville and have neighborhood access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail! Guests will have full access to the home and lot, including the driveway at the back that can fit 2 cars. The front porch has 3 rocking chairs for you to enjoy. Upon entering the home, you can rest in our cozy living room complete with a sectional sofa and a smart TV (for logging into your own streaming services. There is not cable at this home). The living room leads into the open dining and kitchen space, where there is a large table for 6-- 4 chairs, and one bench. The kitchen is spacious with brand-new appliances and is stocked with everything you will need to whip up a great meal. The laundry room, pantry, and downstairs hall-bath are all off of the kitchen area. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom contains a King bed, dresser, nightstands, and reading lamps. The en suite bathroom has two vanities, a full tub-shower combination, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a Full and Twin bed, closet, and nightstand with a reading lamp. The third bedroom has a desk and lamp set up as well as a Twin bed, to function as either a bedroom or an office. It also has its own closet These two rooms share the hall bathroom, which has a single vanity and standard tub/shower combination. *Pets are welcome to join you for your stay for a fee of $250 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. The lease terms are as follows: $750 refundable security deposit $250 pet fee ($100 per additional pet) $315 cleaning fee We are sure that this home will be exactly what you need for your stay, and we can't wait to discuss it more with you! Guest access: Guests have access to the entire home and small yard. Other things to note: All utilities, Wi-Fi, and lawn care are included in your stay. Guests are responsible for taking trash cans to the curb for city pickup.
