The apartment includes two cozy bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two queen beds, along with a spacious living room featuring a sofa bed and TV. With two modern bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a private balcony to enjoy the view, you'll feel at home. Parking is available for just $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, and additional guests will be available for an extra supplement. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will need to be canceled. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. The apartment includes a business center equipped with computers and internet access, ideal for those working from home or needing a quiet place to focus.
