With two modern bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a private balcony to enjoy the view, you'll feel at home. Parking is available for just $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, and additional guests will be available for an extra supplement. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
