It was an easy application process. Move in was easy. Minus a few things broken. But they came and fixed it the next day. The maintance people are fantastic and super nice

Had an issue with my garage door. It had been damaged previous to my move in and would not open. It caused parking issues and move in issues. The staff did a great job assisting me but the door company couldn’t get it fixed in time for my move in date.

This is my first time living in an apartment. What drew me to Bradley Park is the homelike feeling. It’s a smaller complex, spacious units, with beautiful well-kept property. The private garage that has entry to my mudroom/laundry room is something I have not seen in any other apartment. It’s only been a few weeks here, but so far all staff seem very friendly.

I am so excited to be here. The rent is so affordable, especially for all the amazing things provided and included. The community has been very kind and friendly as well. Also, Bradley Park’s location is so amazing - it’s such a short trip to pretty much everything! Just a little north is downtown Puyallup and just a little bit the other way is South Hill.

It’s ok I guess. Just stop raising the rent. Nice location in Puyallup and good schools nearby. It is also nice to have parks within walking distance.

Horrible Management and staff. They are non existent. Emails are unanswered for months, no answer to any questions when you call. They have been having technical difficulty in the portal for 3 months. I had to call every single day twice a day to get my lease renewal. Then they LIED about a promotion of a $250.00 gift card if you renew between May and July. Not to mention..... it is expensive and they nickel and dime you to death with small charges like pest control, common area gas, water, electric. I not only pay my own, but electric, water, gas for the office, pool area. I don't move because apartments are horribly expensive everywhere in Puyallup. Tons of people have been moving out the last couple months. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I've been a renter since the age of 16, I'm 48 now. This place is my favorite I love the team her the property is clean and maintained. Security comes through in the evening and late night. People here seem to maintain their space and cars are clean. If there is a negative it's not the property management it would go to the owners and it's the same cry every renter has. Rent increases. I'm trying to hold on for as long as I can. As I do love it here. It's so quiet day and night.the kids here are not running up on people's patios or cars. And they move out of the way when a car is approaching. Good good people here.

Don’t move here, unless you want to pay extra for trash when Murphy was cheaper. Don’t move here if you because there is no visitor parking. Parking inside the gate cost an additional $25 a month. Great maintenance. Front office doesn’t always answer the phone. The system is down is the excuse they provide but they provide zero communication to the residents living there.

Hi, we regret to hear that you had this experience with us. While Trash charges have changed, we still use Murphey's for our trash services, we have however added the Valet Trash service to our community, back in September of 2023. Each home comes with a garage, as well as a parking space in front of the garage, giving two dedicated spaces to each unit. Additional rentable spaces are indeed $25 per month, however industry average is $75-$150 for an additional space which is optional. We are glad to hear that maintenance has been able to provide you with great service. Regarding the office staff, we were switched to a new system that also directs our calls. While this issue was sporadic on initial outroll we have had the issue resolved. While we understand it may have caused a lack in response we did not know the issue was happening until it was brought to our attention. \ Falling short of meeting your expectations is not to the standards we strive to achieve, and we humbly ask for the opportunity to make this right. It was fantastic when I moved in, very responsive, trees all around my windows providing a first feel and shade. It felt like a luxury community. Then, Hailee left, trees were cut down, trash system changed, seeing trash left out like the welfare apartments I grew up in. Not as luxury feeling, but still ok.

I just moved in and have been very impressed with the kindness and responsiveness of the management and maintenance team. Every little thing that needed to be addressed in the apartment has been taken care of and I’ve never felt like they were getting sick of me. I’ve also met a few neighbors, they are all very kind, and enjoy the safe feeling of the apartment community.

Bradley park is a wonderful community to live its warm , peaceful and friendly. I havent lived here long but the sense of security and sanctuary I feel here is unmatched to any previous places Ive rented at.

We moved in as quickly as papers had been signed and the experience since has been wonderful service orders have been filled as fast as they have been requested any and all questions have been answered respectfully and in a timely manner and weve felt so welcomed by this community.

I love it here at Bradley park, cant beat the location, I longboard to the store or around one of the beautiful near by parks almost everyday just because I can!

This is the worst place to live. In addition to the constantly broke. “Amenities”, the property manager does not enforce any of their standards. People smoke on the property, it’s incredibly noisy and people will park in your parking spot. The office staff is incompetent and will tell you things that are not true. The property manager, Paige, will cover for her staff’s lies due to their incompetence. There’s no accountability here.

We only stayed at Bradly Park for 3 months and it was awful! The kicker was when Tessa told me false information to get another month rent from us. I came in to the office to tell Tessa that we bought a house and that we will be moving out at the end of our lease on August 26th 2018. I also asked her if we could possibly stay till August 31st, and how much more would that be. Tessa told me that we could stay and that it would cost about $500 and we would need to let her know if we wanted to stay by Aug 11th. Then I told her that we most likely will not need it so we’ll just schedule to be out of here by the end of our lease. I asked her if there was anything that she needed from us in order for us to get our deposit back or anything else we need to do before we go. She said “no, you’re all set”. So, I left the office thinking that we were good to move out at the end of our lease. Then one week before we moved I contacted her to ask her if we should get the apartment cleaned or anything before we go and she acted surprised that we were leaving and said we still need to pay for September! I reminded her that we bought a house and I told her we were moving out and she said she remembers that we bought a house and that we were moving but that it needs to be a written letter. So basically, she lied to me telling me that we were all squared away, so they could collect rent with a completely vacant apartment! It was nearly $3,000 down the drain. Thanks to Tessa my 3-year-old had to miss out on preschool this year. They also are horrible in other ways… The water gets shut off a lot, the gate broke a few times (mind you, we were only there 3 months). My apartment flooded and they left me in there with 4 huge and laud drying fans that blow hot air through out my apartment and I was 9 months pregnant with a 2-year-old and it was 90 degrees outside! They told me I could not even open my windows in 90 degree weather with no AC! This lasted 4 days. I asked Tessa if there was anything she can do and all she said was, “sorry, it must be awful in there”. Yes, it is awful at Bradly Park.

Over priced. Stuff breaks, constant fire alarms, bad air circulation in units, parking can be difficult, thin walls...can hear everything, management is lacking, and worst part is there's dog crap everywhere or lazy people who place it in sacks and leave on lawn. Interior is lipstick on a pig. Pool is dirty too. Better to rent a townhome or house for this price.

We have been here for over a year, and the setting is pretty and the location is nice, so is the garage. But the units are out of date and minimally maintained. the carpet was badly worn and always looks dirty, the ceramic tiles are cracked at the foyer, the burners on the stove are not level, and the dishwasher sounds like a train going by. We did complain enough to get one of the sinks and most of the blinds replaced when we moved in. And rents are the highest for this area. The ad's say it is 'gated' but the gates are broken most of the time. Likewise they say there is security, but we frequently take evening walks and have never seen them. It appears they are more interested in making sure everyone is out of the pool on time than they are seeing to it that non-residents aren't cruising through the broken gates. Parking is VERY limited, and the sight lines in and out of the parking lots are frequently obscured if you are looking for oncoming traffic or pedestrians. There are new people in the office, so anything you were told by previous employees is apparently null and void. The residents are overall very nice and not trashy, and it is by no means horrible, but it is a stretch to think it is worth the money.

I lived in Bradeley Park in 2014. I had a 1 bed 1 bath with 676 square feet for about $940. At the end of my lease, they wanted to raise my rent by $300! That was way to much for me. I ended up moving to Deer Creek. I now have a 728 square feet 1 bed 1 bath for only $743! Much better! I did love living in Bradley Park. The kitchen was nice and spacious, the garage included was great, and they added a small area for dogs to play off leash. However, the bedroom was cramped with a queen bed and small TV stand and the bathroom counter was so small it was hard to put a hair dryer on the counter without it falling into the sink or onto the floor. Plus it had a small stacked washer/dryer combo. Another downfall to this complex is that there isn't very much room for guests to park. The street parking inside the gates gets filled up very quickly and there isn't much street parking outside the gate. Honestly, I don't think that this complex is worth the cost.

This apartment is like a townhouse it has a roomy porch or balcony depending on what level you live on. It has a garage included. It is close to two very nice parks which have so many things to do. It has a clubhouse with a variety of machines and a pool and hot tub. There is good shopping of all kinds within walking distance. The management arranges get-togethers so the residents can meet one another.
