Roaches everywhere
Roaches everywhere in the apartment for over a month. Management don't seem to care. Can't wait to move out.

My Apartment Review
I moved into my first apartment last December 2014. The leasing office made it really easy to get a place and answered all mine and my roommates questions. If something breaks or needs fixing maintenance comes out within a days to fix it. I am a student at Hagerstoen community college so I really enjoy the location of the apartment and the pool as well as the fitness center that is available. I really enjoy my apartment! If I have an problems the leasing office takes care of it!

Brandy wine apartments
Great apartment with a wonderful maintenance crew. They do extermination rounds once every two months (I believe) so no pests which is what I love most about the apartment. Quiet neighborhood with great amenities such as a gym, pool and playground.
