Recently started looking for a new place to live. Many properties were a huge let down. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted and shown a unit. All my questions were answered without hesitation and more confidence than any other property I visited. The property was clean and well maintained. This is definitely the top contender for where I’ll be living.

Do not rent here.we have gone for 8 DAYS NO WATER no heat. They flooded the downstairs unit 4 times. No communication. Sht show.

Please do not rent from the Caviata, the new management are the worst and most cruelest that we have ever had, the Caviata have really turned into a money hungry and superficial place to live, Heather and her tiny sidekick are the most evielist management I have ever experienced.
We had no issues living at the Caviatta at Kiley Ranch. To start Maria was very kind and inviting when my wife and I first met with her. She was very helpful in finding the right place for our family and she made the entire lease process, quick, painless, and effortless. The maintenance team has always been very courteous and professional and has always responded within the time Maria said they would and took care of the minor things we needed to have done. Maria by far has been the best manager I have ever had to deal with in my 18 years of renting homes. My family and I would like to extend our gratitude to Maria and her entire team for their outstanding customer service and yes I would recommend renting here as it is a great place to live!
I love my apartment, and have almost 2000 sq ft of energy efficient living. The management crew are great, and I find I am liking apartment life better than in a single family house. Neighbors are respectful of each other, and it is a community for all ages.
As the title states, the management is a joke. Why? Because I was approved and put a hold payment of 200 dollars on the place than the day I was suppose to move in they called me to say I can't move in. Reason being is my last rental reference was a friend and you can't have friends or family as a reference but they failed to mention that at the initial meeting. When I asked to speak to a manager (who was listening from another room)I was told she was busy, than I asked for a name and they refused to give it to me. I tried to use a co-signee and paid the 40 dollar application fee for them, they took my money and denied them because they said they have to make double what I make in a month, guess what...they knew that and failed to mention it to me yet again. At the end of the day they said I could just put a months rent down as a security deposit to get the place. You couldn't mention that in the beginning??? All in all the area is a nice calm location, the neighbors stick to themselves and the area is quiet. There is a pool, nice garden areas, and a BBQ area with multiple grills for use. If management wasn't so unprofessional, I would have given this place at least 4 stars. Also, some of the apartments here have tandem garages with very tight space, others have 2 car garages side-by-side. The area is called "Caviata at the Kiley Ranch", there are multiple areas for the Kiley Ranch, but from my understanding they are all under the same management.
The buildings themselves have an iconic architectural feel to them that differs from the traditional "living in a box" look from others. The property has a great pool and hot tub, as well as a BBQ area. The floor plans are great, plenty of square footage between all the variations to choose from, the kitchens are the biggest I have seen, the parking garage is wonderful for every unit. Some Cons: Visitor parking is non-existent, the management are not very friendly at times and hard to get a hold of over the phone a lot the time. Before i moved in i was told various things about deposits, dish set-up, etc; but turned out to be lies from them. They didn't have my apartment up and working, shower/garbage disposal/missing blinds to name a few of many problems. They are rude to visitors of the people that live there as well, as told from my nieces, but i will leave it at that. Buildings and property itself is amazing, management can be improved upon...alot.
Poor communication, office staff has a bad attitude. They find any reason to invade your privacy and come in your apartment monthly. Shady billing practices on move out. I regret living at this property.
