We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying your experience with us and that you feel safe and at home. It's wonderful to know that our team, especially our office manager, has been helpful and welcoming. Thank you for choosing us as your home and for your positive feedback!
Nice apartment complex and a great location! All employees super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend! Dwaine
When I moved into this apartment was the best but my review was based upon the old management but since they got rid of the old management is getting worst everyday. The new management are worst when you call the office there don’t pick up the phone , when you put in a work order it take them weeks I mean weeks to get it fixed compare to old management “ which is done wetin days”. They have a dog/cat poop around the compound my refrigerator was making a loud noise for couples of days that I couldn’t sleep and I put in the work order nothing is been done as of today, my package was delivered to the office instead of them to notify me, the office claim that there send me a message via email which i never received but when it comes to rental payment reminder I do received an email and lot more.
Ants, mice, overflowing trash, rude and dismissive management (Misty F), gates are always broken, car breakins, catalytic converter thefts. It's not worth it. I can't wait till our lease is up.
Property Manager at Dolce Living, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your feedback. We are disheartened to hear that your stay has not been a positive experience. In regards to the gates, we try our very best to keep them operating properly, unfortunately due to the negligence of others entering through the exit gate and knocking the gate off track, we are constantly repairing it. We are unaware of any mice problem at this moment. We have not had any reports on either issue and will reach out to other residents to confirm that this is an issue in or around your area. While we would love to promise that crime would not happen at our community, unfortunately, we cannot. Crime exists and we can try our best to deter it but we can't prevent it from happening as a whole. Sincerely, Dolce Living Management
My parents haved renewed their second lease after an uneventful first year. They started using their dishwasher more this year and have had problems ever since. A few months ago they noticed a sulfur like odor from the dishwasher/underneath the sink, commonly caused by incorrect install of dishwasher, and/or incorrect drainage hose placement. We have tried to get management to remedy the problem with no results. The maintenance man has said it's a common problem on the property because of drainage setup (yet they haven't fixed it for some reason). The office claims that isn't true, and new management hasn't been very quick to respond. It's been several months and everyone keeps passing the buck so to speak.... Blame gets shifted from person to person, they have all come up and identified the odor and it's coming and going. Some of the staff was able to recognize the sulfuric smell, while others think it's a normal issue. Anyone with a working nose can tell you it isn't normal. It also wasn't present the once a week the dishwasher was ran to be kept clean the first year... It is a new arising issue and management has failed to help remedy it. We are incredibly dissapointed as it is making the apartment quite unbearable to be in at times, which is a shame because we never had problems prior. I guess we wouldn't have had issues had no needs needing attention become apparent.
Ha where do I begin! This place may have looks of a luxurious upscale apartment, but this place is not what it seems. I lived there for 14 months and I knew after the first month that I would not be renewing my lease. The prices here are too high for this kind of apartments. The staff just want your money, I never felt welcomed nor appreciated as a resident. I had to have maintaince out on 4 separate occasions to realize that yes, my microwave could not be fixed and that I needed a new one. They ignored to fix our issues with our A/C, it would never cool down and they blamed it on us. We eventually gave up with them and purchased fans. Managers there are not serious people, I came in one day to turn in some paperwork and a manager decided discuss a resident (in such a rude and unprofessional way) about how she couldn’t wait for them to leave and that she would find a way. It’s all glorious looking and comfortable in the beginning, but just wait when you need assistance. When people preached about not being able to retrieve your deposit back, they were not kidding. It’s funny that according to the amount you had to deposit, they keep about 90% for all these “charges”. They sent us a bill stating how much we owed with NO INVOICE! And they didn’t do a move out inspection with us, they didn’t mention it to us prior to move out! I’m telling you, they do not care about you, they care about your money. Enough said. We are in the process of taking further steps to have an actual correct move out invoice. What they did to other residents deposits will not be happening with ours, we will be doing everything we can to get an appropriate outcome! We have lived in several apartments throughout the years and this one by far, and the only, that has caused us headaches. We spent over $14,000 to live here in the course of our lease, and that to me is a joke for what we had to go through. Dolce Living is a JOKE and I will not be recommending it to anyone.
Oh Dolce Living Rosenberg. Lived at this property for 2 years. Quiet for the most part but there is lots of dog waste and the dumpsters are always overflowing. We had neighbors recently install there own window coverings that are tin-foil....there is an old car in the he parking lot that has not moved for months and has a window down and has a blanket over it. At one point management attempted to install cameras to try to assist with the dog waste situation. They were your standard deer/wildlife cameras that were velcroed to the nearby handicap parking sign (...very inconspicuous...) This did not help the issue. We also had continuous issues with our smoke detector going off. At one point during the summer we went to the pool and a family had taken over the entire pool for a children’s birthday party and there were about 50 family members and friends that descended upon the pool with cake and chewing gum everywhere. Very disappointed with the move out procedures, would look elsewhere to move.
I've been here almost a year and will be gone as soon as the lease expires. You can hear EVERYTHING in your apartment including the kids in the apartments above and beside me. I've spoke with other tenants and they have the same complaints. And yes, you can hear your neighbor doing their business including bathing the kids in the apartments next to your bathroom. A daytime nap is impossible with the SIX people including kids living above me stomping and screaming in their two bedroom apartment. The walls are thin, they management does nothing about the noise, the grounds are poorly maintained with dead bushes in numerous locations for months on end, garbage piles up beside the dumpsters because they won't empty them on a more routine basis, and the place is a dump. There are at least five other apartment complexes nearby and you should consider one of them first. There is dog feces everywhere, car horns go off in the middle of the night routinely, and their "pest control" system consists of someone barging into your apartment leaving the door open for the dog to get loose outside. As for security, it is non-existent. Yes, a Rosenberg police officer lives in the complex but that did little to deter a one ton truck from being stolen three months ago as the gates which are supposed to offer security are always malfunctioning and remain open. Clearly the owners know there is a problem as they completely replaced all of the management staff with the exception of one person but the problems persist.
Im So In Love with our new place. EVERYTHING IS emactulate. Services and manager are awesome. Its everything ive expected and more. We are overjoyed with the flooring and the whole set up. Everything in spacious and up to date. I appreciate all the managers and every call that they returned in making our move swift and above average. Thanks so much!
Great location for everything you need. Looks nice. Walls and floors are super thin. The people above me sound like 280# pound men stomping constantly. So bad sometimes I'm jolted from bed. Took 6 weeks and 3 remotes to have adequate access to the complex and my garage. Landscaping crew barely skims the top of the grass. This is a huge problem with mosquitos and especially in the super small dog park where you can't even find what you need to pick up nor get it all up with the tall thick grass. If you don't mind constant noise and stomping, tall grass and bi weekly trips to the office to get a replacement remote it's ok.
Love everything about our apartment, especially the location. The floor plans are nice, and the amenities are great!
We have lived here for about a year and have really enjoyed it. We have a small dog and she loves to associate with people and other small dogs. There are plenty of other small dogs around here for her to play with and get her social time with. The pool is also always clean and ready to use.
To the person who left the review about handicap parking, they have issued statements to all apartments here and from what I'm seeing, people are respecting it. With that said, this is my 2nd year living here and I'm really enjoying it. I can't hear my neighbors below or next to me and I have no one above me. The only reason this place gets a 4 star is due to the proximity to the railroad tracks. BUT! I've talked to Rosenberg city hall and they are fixing the intersections to be quiet zones so the trains don't blare their horns. Overall, great place, great amenities, GREAT management, highly recommend.

Hello! Thank you for reviewing Dolce Living Rosenberg! We are so happy you are enjoying your home. We value all residents comments, whether they are positive or negative. It gives us an opportunity to correct issues. However, we LOVE to hear it when our residents are satisfied. We hope you continue to enjoy your home and hope that you will let us know if there is anything we can do to improve. Sincerely, Angela Schmitz Property Manager
I am starting my second year with Dolce Living Rosenberg. Apartment is nice, but as a handicapped individual I am completly frustrated with management. In May I got a larger vehicle that doesn't fit in the garage. My building has one handicapped slot that I started parking in. To my knowledge there are no other residents in my building or adjacent buildings with vehicles with a handicap plate or hanger. I notifed the management twice in writing about non-handicapped vechiles parking in reserved handicapped spots. They did nothing. I called once during business hours to complain. The line was not picked up so a message was left. I did not get called back that day, or the next day, or any day at all. I've gone to the office twice in person to complain to a leasing agent but she said she would pass the concern to management. I've been patient, but to no avail. It has been five months now and the issue has never been addressed. I downloaded an app called parking mobility and have submitted at least 10 times complaints which go to Rosenberg Police as a notice of noncompliance. I have given the office management car's makes, models, and license plates. At this point I'm leaving notes on the vehicles. I am now going to go to the managing company Pace to request help and to notify them of the ADA violations. The one time I was actually able to see who one of the vehicles belong to and was able to talk to the offender they simply refused to move and told me they needed to park there. I am now uncomfortable to speak to individuals. I am fearful of retaliation. Not a good feeling to be completly ignore by management and direspected by residents. I want to move out due to a passive hostility towards the handicapped. Shame on you Dolce Living Rosenberg. If you are handicapped steer clear of Dolce Living Rosenberg....know that management WILL NOT help. Here is a list of ideas that I have suggested: pass out flyers to remind people to not park in reserved handicapped parkings spots, call and speak to the offender, put better signage at the spot, and to put a tow ticket or the likes on the vehicles. It is mostly three cars that are offenders. There may have been an occasional visitor to the complex but most of the people know better and don't care and why should they...management does't care either. I hope PACE will get serious about this matter.

Hello, I appreciate your concern regarding the handicap parking issue. I am hoping the changes we have made have corrected this issue. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly if you have any issues, whether it be this or any other. Sincerely, Angela Schmitz Property Manager
Dolce Living is a great place to live for families; my neighbors are friendly and quiet. My apartment is beautiful and the garage provides so much convince. My husband travels a lot so I spend a lot of time alone with small children and feel totally safe here; the hallways are very well lit. The only time I've interacted with maintenance was when I locked myself out on a Sunday; they showed up quickly, even on the weekend. The office staff are polite and available. My utilities are extremely reasonable every month. I've lived in a lot of apartments over the years and this one is one of my favorites.
The service here is great. My AC unit went out at 11pm and they send someone to fix the next day. The Gym is not the greatest there is no 24hrs access like other apartments I have lived in. A great plus is the parking. There is plenty of parking spaces which is useful when guest come to visit.
Dolce Living Rosenberg has everything I was looking for. Stainless appliances, washer/dryer, wood floors, and great floor plans. There are lots of cabinet and closet space and closet. Everything is like brand new. They didn't cut corners here! The grounds are well maintained and the clubhouse area is awesome. Indoor basketball court and spacious weightroom as well as aerobic rooms. Pool table and work/conference area with computer/printer/Internet access. Office staff have been great to work with. They make you feel important and know you by name. Area is quiet & peaceful. Grounds are safe & secured. Maintenance crews work fast and are friendly. I am highly recommending this apartment community to everyone I know. And NO, I do not work here. Just a very satisfied resident!
