Property Ratings at El Sereno
While my one and only conversation with staff was pleasant, when I attempted to contact them to submit an application leaving vm's for 2 weeks, no one answered and no one returned my calls. What if I had been a tenant with a broken water heater flooding my apartment? If they can't be bothered to answer the phone or return calls, I cannot be bothered to want to live there.
