Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING HERE:I have encountered ants and bugs to the point that my kids are not able to sleep in their rooms. My daughter has to take pills for anxiety for the ants that are coming out the wall and crawling on her at night . I have 3 bedrooms and my kids can't sleep in the room because of the fear of bugs crawling on them at night. I have called on many occasions to inform them of the issue and I have been very patient and the issue is still ongoing a year later. This bug issue has gotten out of control and now I don't feel it is safe for me and my kids to stay here any longer. I have pictures of the bugs that are coming out the wall and cracks in the wall. They are all in the bathroom around the sink and shower and have caused so many issues. I can not leave any food on the counter, I have had to throw out bread, cereal, sugar, and cake, etc due to the infestation of bugs. Everything has to be placed in double bags or in the refrigerator in order to be bug free. I have even gone as far as to purchase over $100.00 with my own money to try to get rid of the bugs infestation.DONT MOVE HERE

I regret signing the lease for this place. Every night can hear gunshots. Recently car got stolen. The apartment itself has bugs all over. Maintenance is really lazy.
This is such a peaceful place. The grounds are clean, the dumpster areas are clear. I had a small problem with getting my rent in and the office was very friendly and helpful. My kids love the schools!
We have been living at Park City Townhomes now for a little over two years. We are so pleased with the office staff, the maintenance staff and the mature landscaping - it really feels like home. Neighbors are friendly and the units are really well insulated. I have NEVER heard anyone around me from the inside. It really feels like home!
If you love to fall asleep to the sound of gunshots almost every night and have your walls infested with roaches—this is the place for you! In fact, when you finally get to escape this lovely hell, the roaches will even invade your moving boxes and try to come with you. Oh, the car burglaries and drug selling was an added bonus that also came with the complex. Happy living here! Would recommend -18 out 5 stars.
Barely fixed anything, had a clogged toilet for about two weeks until I called and reported them to health n human svcs. Finally moved and thet put something on my credit 6 months later, for what is unknown other than they're hurting for money bc everyone is moving... You've been warned!!
Run away or just flush your money down toilet. WORST PLACE EVER.. roach infested rude Management any issues you have with the apartment are your fault. Asking them to correct the problems makes you a disgruntled tenant. Nothing will get properly repaired and the roaches aren’t a real concern

Dear Resident, We are disappointed to hear that you have had a negative experience. We would like the opportunity to resolve any concerns that you may have. Please come by or call the office at your convenience so that we can discuss this further. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Park City Management
We’ve been here for almost a month and the live in experience has been HORRIBLE. We spent the 1st few nights here without heat with our small children. The heater was apparently fixed, but the heater is still broken. It does not turn off, has ran non-stop for going on a month now due to broken relay. Our electric bill is probably going to be ridiculously high. Two of the rooms upstairs have light switches but weren’t wired for lights, so neither room has lights. The downstairs kitchen area, dining area, hallway flooded due to old hoses during the night. We called and left a message after hours to what is suppose to be for emergency maintenance. Maintenance didn’t receive the notice over night and didn’t show up until 1:00 in the afternoon on the next day.
We have lived here almost 5 years, been through 5 different management companies, and I would absolutely not recommend these townhomes to anyone. The staff are rude, quick to end the conversation, and offer little help. The area is rife with young kids and preteens who run wild: throwing rocks, screaming, hitting cars with their bikes and generally misbehaving. The units are old and most "renovations" are cosmetic. They may have replaced a sink or two, but the pipes, ceilings, and walls are all old and in need of replacement. Our downstairs restroom has flooded 5 or 6 times, covering the floor in water. It takes maintenance days to respond, and longer to fix the problem. We had a squirrel problem in the attic that was not taken care of until we contacted an outside pest control company, 3 months after they "took care of it". We have only stayed because of a mistake during our initial lease, allowing us to lease a 3 bedroom for the price of a 2 bedroom. We are certainly moving at the end of our current lease.
When my wife and I first moved in it was under the name "Mustang Creek" and now it is "Park City"; well the transition was AWFUL. The new management is terrible. We had a roof leak for almost a month and when I asked about when it would be fixed they tried to say we never told them! (Thank god for emails!) The air conditioning barely worked; the toilet always backed up; the dishwasher didn't wash dishes and the stove/oven didn't work at all! The trash was always overflowing and they did a poor job on repaving the drive path. The gates hardly work and management refuses to tell you when things will be done. The adjacent units caught fire and we had to ask the management what happened; they didn't tell anyone anything! It was a fire for crying out loud! They also tried to not honor our original Mustang Creek lease agreement. People say the rent was cheap but definitely not cheap enough to warrant dealing with all of this. There are a ton of apartment/town homes out there; you'd do well to find a different one.
There's no gym. Grill does not work. The pest control is useless.to the naked eye it looks great but the POOR QUALITY SERIOUSLY. Assigned parking and gate are going to be implemented forever. Folks with pets can't use the pet park like they should. Professionalism is seriously lacking especially with the new manager who does not know her job at all. And most of this is under this new management.
This is a horrible place to stay. If there is no star I would give no star. The management has no respect for you. They will charge you for ridiculous things. They are a bunch of thieves. It's hard to find parking late at night, which I hate. -BEWARE: They are LIARS! -Highly expensive and far from campus. -No laundry, No gym, Swimming pool is usually closed
For this price, facilities are poor. There's no gym. Grill does not work.the pest control is useless.to the naked eye it looks great but the POOR QUALITY SERIOUSLY. Assigned parking and gate are going to be implemented for ever. Folks with pets can't use the pet park like they should. Professionalism is seriously lacking especially with the new manager who does not know her job at all.
Since the last management company left this place has turned into a nightmare. Atleast Derryl and the old property manager from the old company would show up and do their best to take care of things, most the time he was able to fix them or get it done promptly, the new company sucks, they don't return phone calls, they are quick to take your rent payment, but lack in customer service and communication. Great impressions- Not... Seriously do not move here
Since I have moved into my apartment I have had constant maintenance issues. From air conditioning to heating not working to leak in my ceiling which I live in a two story. I've had my second floor week 3 to 5 times on to my bottom floor they still haven't come fixed till just waiting until the 2nd for collapses into the bottom floor. And they have gone through two different management in stuff is still not fixed.
This is a great apartment, but the rent is really high. As long a you don't mind the price, you'll enjoy living here.
