Property Ratings at Santa Rosa Apartments
We enjoyed our time in Irvine, but the experience moving out of this complex was very disappointing. We did not want to leave but they raised the rent so much we could not stay. In addition they charged us substantially for carpet replacement so we had to pay them extra. Beware of the small amount for the deposit, the eating area is carpeted and it is nearly impossible to avoid having a stain on the carpet where they will deem it needs to be replaced. If one part of the carpet has a stain they do not like, the entire carpet is replaced; no questions asked. Nice people, but part of a large company that does not budge 1 inch for the good of a customer. I would not be surprised if they responded to this by discrediting my experience.

This apartment has been so far one of the best apartments I have lived. It comes with new appliances and they have onsite maintenance so work orders are completed fast. Really quiet neighborhood and haven't had complains at all. Staff are really nice, the gym is open 24/7 and the pool closes at 2200. It is a gated community and very nice, there's security but I have personally not set my eyes on them and these apartments are close to free ways and shopping and dinning centers. It is very affordable and nice and I will definitely recommend it to everyone . And oh they have incentives for military
This apartment complex is the perfect mix of affordability and quality. The common areas are well maintained (they even put in cabanas and Wi-Fi in the two pool areas) and the staff are friendly and address all issues promptly. You may want to consider if maintenance is a priority for you, as the maintenance here is very slow, but with the complex being newer, there isn't too much to worry about. The apartments are nice and open, I recommend the top floor in one of the buildings near the edge of the complex facing the empty field, there is a lot of natural light and you don't get too much of the harsh evening sun.
Moved in one week ago to my first apartment at Santa Rosa. The apartment grounds are very relaxing, open, plenty of parking for guests, well taken care of amenities and tenants generally keep to themselves but are polite. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself is very well put together and has been taken care of by the land lord. Couldn't be happier to be living here right now. No problems so far, would like to stay as long as possible and highly recommended for anyone looking to move out on their own.
This apartment complex is very quiet, well kept and very comfortable. Every unit has its own entrance and garage. There are two pools, a gym, and just taking a walk around the complex is very enjoyable! All of the floor plans are very desirable and we have lived in two different floor plans and have loved both of them. The floor plan we are living in is perfect for us and I say on a regular bases I just love living here. The staff in the front office are very helpful, understanding, and easy to work with as well as the maintenance and grounds crew. Everyone you interact with is genuine and caring. Would recommend this apartment complex to any of my friends and family. Great place to live!!!
