Considerably quieter than Las Vegas proper, North Las Vegas is a large, mostly suburban community that serves as home base for many of the region’s professionals. With Nellis Air Force Base right next door, North Las Vegas is the hometown for numerous armed service members and civilian military employees. Las Vegas Motor Speedway regularly hosts NASCAR and other auto races on the east side of town.
Craig Ranch Regional Park at the center of town is a popular spot for folks to stretch their legs and enjoy the scenic views of the city, with the mountains and The Strip on the horizon; it’s also home to a gigantic skate park and a major community sports complex. For weekend excursions into the rugged natural surroundings, Red Rock Canyon is under thirty minutes away and Lake Mead can be reached in about an hour.

Property Ratings at Sedona at Lone Mountain
I have requested 3 times over a year for my AC to get fixed and it is still broken (living in Vegas this is a huge issue) they keep saying work order complete but it is not done. I still don’t have screens on all my windows after asking again for a year and being told “they’re on back order”. They keep saying the work orders are complete just to close them out and they are nowhere near complete or fixed.

Don't move in here!!!! This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had with a rental property. Parking sucks, people don't keep their dogs on leashes or clean up after them. The kids run wild. My car was broken into my first week. The office is ALWAYS closed or nobody there to answer calls. The ladies in the front office are nice but they tell you one thing and do another it's never what they actually say or when they call back on something (if it happens even) it has changed. It's really been nothing but Hell since I moved in here and I can't wait for my lease to be up. Had to give one star but If I could have it would have been none.

I live here and it is a pain to try to park your car. They do not assign parking spaces here, even for the under-the-shed parking that is supposed to be limited. Longer walks to your car. The other big issue here is -- they do not have 24 hour surveillance on the parking lot so car part theft happens a lot. You can check with the police, but car part theft here is rampant,

The crime rate has decreased since I moved here 3 years ago. Maintenance request are answered fairly quick. The only thing I wish they had was assigned parking. Pretty quiet and staff now are awesome!
They lie about credit recommendation just yo get your app fee then deny you. But allow drug dealers to rent and cover up income scam. Staff are rude and have horrible attitudes. Trash in pool and all around facility

Nice place to live. The only real problem I have is there leasing terms is 12 month only. My lease is up and I'm ready to buy, but they do not have a short leasing, which what I need because of my circumstances.
Horrible health department shut down pool security gates are broken girls in office falsify potential residents income so they qualify to move in drug, dealers fights police always there so happy we left beware New manager alma so rude disrespectful beware
Sedona wants to keep their residents. They were work them to help with their needs. New manager is a great person who listens. Appreciate that. When trouble hits you want a landlord there to help
