Skye Apartments

This property has the best views on common area overlook-this was the main reason in choosing this property to live. What also makes this the best place to live in Vista is that the property is very clean. What made us fall in love overall is the customer service. Lindsay B., Resident Coordinator hosts the best parties/ events every month. She really brought the residents together as a community.

My husband and I have lived at Skye apartments for almost 3 years. We have loved every minute of it and have spent most our time enjoying the sunshine at the pool. The staff has gone over and beyond for us. Lindsay who is the Resident Service Coordinator has planned events for all ages and continues to outdo herself with each one! From movie nights, to pool parties to holiday events and so on, she has really brought this community together.

We love living at these apartments. The amenities are amazing and always kept clean. Lindsay the event coordinator always holds events and they are so much fun! It’s nice to get together and meet your neighbors.

I love my apartment and the customer service. Crystal is amazing!! The activities director, Lindsay is fantastic, she comes up with the best ideas to bring neighbors together, she is truly gifted at what she does.

The best part about my time at Skye was absolutely the events that Lindsay put on! She planned "Truly Tuesdays," pool parties, a wine tasting, and so much more. She is an absolute delight to be around!

Great place to live. Somewhat expensive, but well worth it. Jessica, Alexis, and Dave very friendly, polite and professional. Have put in minor work orders and response was extremely prompt in resolving issues. The property is managed very well by Crystal and Lindsay puts together phenomenal resident events.

My wife and I were looking at many places with similar accommodations. What was frustrating was the constant let-down from different apartment/condo complexes. We did not have an issue here. We were ecstatic on the customer service and satisfaction Alexis provided for us. She provided us informational, personalized, and detailed guides to facilitate a comfortable transition into our new home! Would recommend Skye Apartments for its presentable, clean, customer oriented, updated complex. We HIGHLY recommend Alexis as a representative for Skye Apartments.

Skye Apartments has been my home for ~18 months. I moved in literally right before the pandemic began in mid-March 2020. My experience living here has been wonderful regardless of months of "lockdown". Case in point, Skye's event coordinator, Lindsay, continued to have almost weekly events virtually, serving the spectrum from children to adults, and pets! Now, residents are privy to small, in-person outdoor events weekly that are actually FUN. These events saved me from going mildly insane during the worst moments of the pandemic. The leasing office team is a friendly, cohesive unit, and makes themselves available during office hours or via email. Any time there is a disruption of services or parking (due to construction nearby), they're on it via email announcements. No surprises to residents! Additionally, the maintenance team is top-notch. Their response time is amazing whether it's an urgent situation or less than urgent - same great customer service. I am happy with my choice to move to Skye. I love my apartment home, and all the amenities on site. Thank you!

We love living here! The community is well maintained and service requests are always timely/friendly (Thanks Dave and crew!). The complex also has an events coordinator, Lindsay, who has at least one event each week that we look forward to. The only notable downside is how much the admins recently raised the rent across the board.
