This is by far the worst apartment experience. Rim and tires getting stolen in one month in crazy. The front office don’t have care in the world cause it’s not them going them it and have fake cameras up. They care more about towing cars parked in wrong spot more than resident safety.

So far I am loving it here. My apartment is so nice and the pool is so awesome!
No parking. Bad customer service. You will regret living there. The location and the actual apts are good but the company it’s HORRIBLE, go somewhere else.
Beautiful place to live. Very clean and well kept. My son and I feel safe at all times while playing outside or walking the property. The office ladies are a 10! They are so kind and helpful. We’ve been very happy here.
I have been here since 2018 ans have never had a issues. Of course there have been the occasional work orders and small updates and repairs on certian appliances, but that id very common given how long i have been here. Overall I have always recieved prompt service and incredible customer service from the leasing staff. Ive known Liz and Suzette for years now and they are amazing, always greeting me with spunk, smiles, and laughs. Both ladies are very accomodating. I love my place, especially the location and how close it is to my job. Thanks guys I cant wait to renew another year
So this review is going to be pretty long but definitely worth it! Sooo for starters I moved here over a year ago and it has been hell since the first night, my car was broken into 3 times here and the the first time it happened was my first night here I’ve hated living here ever since the people in the front office are nice but NOT HELPFUL WHATSOEVER I finally managed to get a garage and I come home from work at night and there’s a van parked in it (they gave someone else the garage as well even though I had been paying for it for months!) I had to park in the back once again BECAUSE THERE IS NEVER ANY PARKING and my car was broken into once again it’s pointless telling the office because they don’t do anything but tell you to make a police report! The apartments are dirty it’s always trash all around the gates are always broken I had to install a camera because my packages were getting stolen EVERYTIME I got a delivery! My air went out well over 10 times I would be in the heat constantly at night my breaker was messed up the power would just always cut off I would definitely not recommend these apartments i can go on and on but if you have the option to not lease here then DONT!

Unfortunately crime does not have an address and incidents occur all over the Katy area. First and foremost, we encourage our residents to contact the local police department with any crime concern. After this is completed please report your concern to the appropriate office personnel. In regards to your other concerns we would appreciate if you would take time and speak to our property manager so we can discuss with you.
Love the staff which includes all Admind; Liz; JoAnn; and Maintenance... this crew work hard to make their property your home.
Office staff is extremely rude. Problems are solved on their timelines and their convenience. 2+ weeks for microwave replacement. No parking. Literally there are too many apartments for the spaces available. If you are home after 6 good luck finding a spot. Multiple car break ins. Mail stolen.

Our door is always open and we are ready and willing to help at all times. The team strives to complete service requests within a 24-hour time period, yet from time to time we are at the mercy of our vendors. The pandemic put a strain on appliance production which caused a delay in receiving the microwave. A personal apology was made for this delay as this is not the norm. Please consider renting a covered parking space in the event you prefer to have a parking assignment. Always feel free to come into the office to address your needs as we want nothing more than to solve outstanding concerns.
I was being selfish keeping this review to myself but not only is the location perfect but the kitchen is a beauty and its sooo spacious specially for the price!! I’ll admit parking could be better but everything else makes up for it. It is extremely hard to find people with passion. ALL THESE WOMEN ARE AMAZING. Suzette is always going above and beyond to help! I love her and the entire team! Whenever someone isn’t there the other actually helps! They’re a true team! Again I kept this review to myself so it won’t get too packed haha but they deserve this. It’s rare you find a gem of a place and it’s people too! Thank you guys for all you do, maintenance too! They’re allll soo kind.

I have lived here for three years. The first two years I planned to move out because the service was poor. This year, things changed for the better. I resigned for another 16 months because this team really has their stuff together and it shows.
Do not move here if you like structure and AMPLE PARKING! I’ve lived her for 2 months and I can honestly say I HATE THIS PLACE! There’s never anywhere to park if you go out and come home after 8pm! They don’t have any covered parking spots available for you to rent! There’s way more apartments then parking spots! The fuckn gates are ALWAYS broken! The hallways are always full of leaves and dirt! This is the worse apartments I’ve ever lived in and paying too much money to be this disappointed! I will not renew a lease or refer anyone to move here!
I have been residing here for a week I have put in two service requests so far, and to top it off my car was recently hit by another tenant who failed to leave any contact info. When I went to report it to the office the leasing agent seemed very unconcerned, ridiculous apartments not worth the money people pay to live here. This will definitely be a non-renewal of my lease. Worst apartments I have ever lived in!!!!
These apartments are very big but very bad. You will either have to be an early riser or never leave the house to be able to find parking near your apartment. They have spaces where you pay for the spot but anyone can park there while you are gone. The "towing" enforcement is a joke. They say that it is against the law to have someone in the spot you pay for with giving a warning first. So therefore if at 2am your spot was taken by someone else good luck finding a spot. There are a number of cars that park by fire hydrants. If this place ever has a fire I see a lot of cars with broken windows. The sink water pressure is a joke as well. The apartment says that they can not do anything about it so you will have very minimum water to wash your plates. Neighbors are loud. If you get the apartments near the pools I feel very sorry for you because they have speakers there for people to use and if they want to stay there while you are sleeping there is nothing you can do. The white lines next to a handicap space used for wheelchairs to have access to the sidewalks are always with a car parked there at night. This place in other words is not a good choice for living.

I have lived here for a year now, and this community has done nothing but gone downhill. I got burglarized a week ago, when the police came out, the officer that was here said, it was the third time this month he's been out. He then stated he doesn't know about any of the other officers. I asked the complex about the other break in's and they said, it was "private information". The worst part is, they won't communicate any of this to the other residents living here. I am in the process of looking for a place as soon as possible. I Do Not feel safe here!

We were robbed. Police officer told us it was his 3rd time this month coming to these apartments for break ins. That averages out to 1 break in every 4 days! We were told that with the doors here, it is very simple to break in. They can break in and we would not hear them if we were home. Apartment management said they couldn’t tell anyone about the break ins because of privacy concerns.

Im a resident in this appratments. The appartment is poor in Parking management, Website doesn't update; you will end up in late fee (85), play area is not maitnained well, you will see pool but no sticks, golf simulation that wont work, you will be stuck with ATT (No other choice for internet), if you leave anything outside your appartment like bike, even though it is lock will be gone in the morning (Im a victim of the same) and if you complain the office all you will get is "ohhh.... So Sorry"

Nice apartments in a convenient location but I always struggle with parking. I love the staff, amenities, layout of my apartment but would definitely give that up for parking. In order to have a guaranteed parking spot, you'll have to pay for a spot but even then the spot could be several buildings down from your place not to mention there's already a waiting list for spots. This is definitely not ideal with children, unloading groceries, etc. Regret not doing enough research before moving to this place.
I moved in here in April and I have not had any problems since. The community is always well kept, and the front office is extremely friendly and helpful. They always make sure to acknowledge you when you walk in unlike other communities I have been at. Tara is a wonderful manager (so is Jessica, the assistant manager) and is always up to date on what is happening on the community boards. Do not expect a problem to be fixed when you don't tell management about it.
Apartments are nice and spacious. Parking is a huge problem. Parking is limited to first come first serve and there is not enough. Visitors are taking over the grounds. Wold parties at the pool, trash left all-over the grounds. Break ins and personal items stolen. Management listens to concerns but does not take action. They like to recite the lease agreement to remind you you are stuck in An nightmare and cannot move. Beware!
The amenities and features you get when you live at the district are incomparable with other complexes at this price. The pool is well maintained, and even has cabanas. The golf simulator is very unique and will entertain any level of player. Location, Location, Location!The location makes it so easy to get on and off the highway. Any restaurant, store, or gym you are searching for is usually within a few miles radius of the complex. The staff is always incredibly helpful. It's nice to get downtown-style amenities on the outside edge of Houston.
I moved her last year and I will be moving out in the next 7 days. It is a beautiful apartment community. The amenities are nice and so are the units. However I believe this apartment advertises more class ones then they posses. I have not been happy with the community for the last 3 months. I am very happy to move out. Between our horrible new neighbors and the uncleanliness of the grounds... Im done.
If I had a time machine and could only go back once I would not use it to stop Hitler. I would use it to tell my self not to ever live here. From day one I have had nothing but problems. I was the first person to move into my building and was told it would be ready by the time I moved in. This was three months before my move in date. I was called 6 weeks before my move in date and was told my unit would not be ready and they would move me in into another building. The day finally came for me to move in and it was still not 100% ready.they did put me and my girlfriend in a hotel for a week. 7 days later and i was not allowed to move in till after 5 cause they where still working on my apartment. This was just the first day. So many problems have arisen since then, I would not recommend this place to my own enemy. Stay away!
The apartment is very spacious, clean and well maintained. The environment is silent and green. Then amenities is very okay for people with family. The privacy you enjoy living in here can't be over emphasised. The staff are nice, prompt to act and friendly. It is also located close to all essential needs I.e. school, shops, church, gas stations etc.
