The leasing process was fast and friendly! Jeff & Katie were so helpful through it all. On move in there was a towel bar that fell off that Gary from Maintenance fixed as we continued our walk through and was done before we could finish. I would recommend to co workers and friends! I moved into Treeline 604 last month. Jeff made the application and move in process so easy! I love the location and being able to walk to Trader Joes. I haven't had any issues with parking for friends coming over, which was a big concern

Do not live here. Management does not care about you. Will often speak to you like you are a child and seem to have no desire to maintain positive relationships with my neighbors or me. Most of my neighbors are not fans of the office staff. Crime is awful. So many cars have been stolen here and broken into. A man followed me home while I was walking my dogs. Another car was stolen at gun point. Managements has put up some lights by the office and called it a day. I have lived here for years and have never seen the security patrol. Not once. Rent goes up every year of course, but there is dog crap everywhere, my apartment while cute need a lot of work. They are always doing stupid things. Like instead of regularly trimming trees? They spend weeks removing perfectly fine and healthy trees. My move in was a disaster. Management keeps changing and every time they do, they decide to change rules and whoever is manager gets to be nitpicky. The movie theater behind me smells so bad in the summer and the movies and guests are often insanely loud. Honestly this is not the place to live. Choose somewhere else. I will be.

I have very much enjoyed calling this place my home for the past few years. The wife and I wanted a bigger place and we decided to do that here, from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. That process couldn't have been easier. I'm hoping to spend several more years here. You might ask yourself "why doesn't he want to move into a house instead of throwing his money away at rent?". It isn't "throwing money away" if you are providing for your family, which is what I am doing. Also, houses in this area are unbelievably expensive and that would require the wife to go back to work, which I do not want to do. Anyway, long story short, our time here has been fantastic.
This is a great area to live in right next to 205 for a closer commute, groceries:Trader Joe's, Fred Meyer, tons of restaurants , a nice park and movie theater. The apartments are renovated with stainless steel appliances, and a cool modern look. The neighbors are quiet, the grounds are cleaned daily, the staff is friendly, the parking lots were recently paved and they are building a gym, so it's nice to see they take care of the place

Mike from maintenance is great!! He always does his job right and has a great attitude about it. Noel from the office is also great, he is very friendly and always goes above and beyond!!
With all your needs within walking distance(groceries, restaraunts and other retail outlets and goodies),this is truly a prime location with some of the most helpful and personal landlady's you will ever meet. Both Jesse and Ms.Sheri as well as there attentive and upbeat ground staff make these cozy mindful community an enjoyable place to live!
