I would give this complex 0 stars if it wasn’t for the professionalism of the maintenance staff. I moved into the complex a week ago and have had nothing but a disastrous experience. On arrival for my hour long walk through, my garage door was broken. My apartment door is painted spatters of white and green. The stair awnings are painted a mix of white/black and looks like someone walked through with a can of spray paint. I walked into my apartment and had multiple hinges loose, paint and water damage all over the countertops, my bathroom sink frame cracked. Dan, the leasing consultant, never gave maintenance any of these repair requests and I had to go to the office to ask Bre to have repairs made. The sink is still cracked and they refuse to replace it. We tried to break the lease given that we were provided an apartment in unacceptable condition and were given the option to pay more money to move to a smaller apartment within the complex without a garage, pay $5000 to get out of the lease, or keep paying rent until some other person who is impressed by the fresh paint at the entrance and never sees the actual apartment gets stuck in our building. Shame on you, Victoria arbors. Worst run complex I’ve ever lived at in my entire life.

Not even 1 camera for both exits . NO WHERE IN PARKING LOTS OR PARKING PORTS .If something happens like robbery or car theft no proof or no evidence to find the thief.

Things have gone downhill since it got sold. The service went from like being at Nordstrom to Wal-Mart. The rent reminder is not mailed in a timely manner and the online resident portal is not streamlined like how AMLI had it. The office is supposed to remain open until 6pm and yet at 5:55pm they close (okay, so Lauren wanted to go home early, that's understandable) but when I got there at 5:50pm today the doors were already locked. Yes, the AMLI staff made sure the office stayed open until exactly 6pm and they always greeted you with a smile. I was hoping that SARES-Regis Group would keep Sandy, Krystal, Carina... but sadly they brought in their own people. This place is great except for the new management company.
Property use to be very nice and kept up nicely. I have been a resident for 3 years... only staying because it's so hard to relocate right now. The stairways and grounds are trashy, people don't pick up after their dogs and the staff doesn't make sure it's clean. They leave spider webs hanging from the stairway walls that lead up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. It has become fairly noisy. A lot of teenagers out and about at all hours of the evening riding skateboards and making a lot of noise, using bad language. Grass in front of most of the apartment entrances are dead because people have their dogs using it. They should place cement in the entrance ways so that it doesn't look so neglected, they should put an area for people to take their dogs to use. With the amount of rent these apartments cost, it should be kept up nicer, the pool should be kept at a temperature in which isn't so cold that it's uncomfortable either.

I moved in when the apartments were new and they were really nice. This will probably be my last year here. It's just not nice anymore. I'very been here about 7 years and the rent always increases but their not doing anything to update the apartments. My carpert has never been replaced. Recently I let one of the maintenance guys know that the gym door does not locking and it's been 5 days and it's still not fixed. I even left a message for the office. On top of that I called the office to talk to them regarding a rent problem and they said they would call me back, but if I didn't hear from them by 3:00 I should call them back. What kind of customer service is that!!!

Living here for almost 3 years now.its been a blast.never encountered a problem, staffs are very friendly and professional, no crime at all, always clean, and the best of all its just infront of victoria gardens mall. And banks,groceries, shopping,food is just a few blocks away. I love this place. Amli on day creek and amli victoria arbors they are the best.
I have been living here for the last four years and this place has gone down hill fast!!! Used to be the nicest complex in the area....not anymore. The apartment interiors have horribly cheap carpet that should be replaced every year but is not replaced for 5 or 6 so they can save a buck. And when carpet is replaced most of the time the carpet padding IS NOT! That is just disgusting. Counters and cabinets are really starting to show their age. I used to feel safe in this community but not anymore with the all the domestic disputes that spill out into the hallways and parking lots. There are sheriffs here on a weekly basis for some sort of disturbance. The smell of pot is an everyday occurrence. Most people are so trashy they don't even hide the fact that they are outside getting high. Or, they think they're being clever by getting high in their water heater closest on the patio....ummm...I can still see you and smell you!! There are people coming onto the property that do not live there using the facilities and making huge messes, others are following residents back to their apartments to try and do God knows what to them. The grounds are not what they used to be. The landscape company came in several months ago and cut down dozens of beautiful, perfectly healthy trees that provided what little shade there was. They have removed ground cover over the last couple of years leaving very large areas of dirt! My lease is up and they want to raise my rent yet again!! I just gave notice and am outta here. It makes me sad to leave because this has been my home for the last 4 years, and I have made some really great friends (all of which will not be renewing their leases either)but I can't handle the rent increases anymore on an apartment that I have been in for 3 years, the drug use and violence!! This community is on the tipping point. They either right the ship and get it back to where it used to be a couple years ago or let it continue to go down hill like it has by continuing to allow the drug users and women abusers to call this place home. Pretty soon that's all that will be living there.
