Debbie Phillips, Ph.D., CPM, is the president of The Quadrillion, an organization focused on developing top-tier talent. With over three decades of real estate experience, including managing diverse assets and developing leadership programs and talent management strategies, Debbie was recognized in 2019 as a Woman of Influence in Real Estate by Globe Street and was awarded the first Real Estate Award of Excellence as a Certified Property Manager in 2015 by the Institute of Real Estate Management. An author, speaker, and adjunct professor, Debbie is actively engaged in advisory roles for housing, education, and workforce development.
Marcia Bollinger is the senior vice president of multifamily for Apartments.com. With over 40 years’ experience in apartment lead-generation tactics, Marcia was instrumental in building the Apartments.com Network into the country’s premier internet listing site. She is the recipient of the National Apartment Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Certified Apartment Supplier designation, and NSC Victor Award.
