Jennifer Staciokas is the president of Western Wealth Communities, which she grew to over 17,000 units after launching the company from its parent organization Western Wealth Capital Group in 2020. Jennifer is a frequent speaker within the multifamily industry and has served on committees and advisory boards for organizations including the National Multifamily Housing Council, the National Apartment Association, and the NAA Education Institute. She has previously worked for Lincoln Property Company and Pinnacle Property Management Services.

Marcia Bollinger is the senior vice president of multifamily for Apartments.com. With over 40 years’ experience in apartment lead-generation tactics, Marcia was instrumental in building the Apartments.com Network into the country’s premier internet listing site. She is the recipient of the National Apartment Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Certified Apartment Supplier designation, and NSC Victor Award.
