Lisa Taylor is senior managing director for Greystar Client Services, Build-to-Rent and Single-Family Rental. She is the president of the executive board for the Apartment Association of North Carolina (AANC) and is joining the National Apartment Association board as the regional vice president of Region 4. Lisa has served on the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA) board of directors and received GCAA’s Lex Marsh Lifetime Achievement Award. Most recently, she was inducted into the AANC Hall of Fame for her contributions to the multifamily industry. A licensed broker-in-charge, Lisa is also a certified property manager, apartment manager, and apartment portfolio supervisor.

Marcia Bollinger is the senior vice president of multifamily for Apartments.com. With over 40 years’ experience in apartment lead-generation tactics, Marcia was instrumental in building the Apartments.com Network into the country’s premier internet listing site. She is the recipient of the National Apartment Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Certified Apartment Supplier designation, and NSC Victor Award.
