Meet the guest and host
Robert Gasteiger is the vice president of marketing for the property management division of D.R. Horton, where he focuses on single-family build-to-rent and multifamily rental communities. He previously led the brand and marketing strategy for Steadfast Living’s growing residential portfolio, and he has also worked for Apartment Finder and Apartment Guide. Robert is a board member of the Multifamily Social Media Summit and the Apartment Internet Marketing Conference.
Marcia Bollinger is the senior vice president of multifamily for Apartments.com. With over 40 years’ experience in apartment lead-generation tactics, Marcia was instrumental in building the Apartments.com Network into the country’s premier internet listing site. She is the recipient of the National Apartment Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Certified Apartment Supplier designation, and NSC Victor Award.
