It’s time to celebrate the rockstars who keep the multifamily thriving every day. As the official sponsor of Apartment Onsite Teams Day this year, we’re awarding $1,500 to three property staff members. But we need your help.

Who can I nominate?

We’re looking for onsite property staff — from leasing agents and property managers to maintenance techs, groundskeepers, and everyone in between. Just make sure your nominee works at the property level.

What if it’s too hard to pick just one person? No worries — we want to celebrate everyone! You can always nominate more than one onsite superstar. Just fill out all required fields to make sure each entry is valid.

How can I submit a nomination?

To enter your submission, tell us who you’re nominating. Follow the prompts to answer all the questions. You can record short video responses or type your replies.

Just make sure to fill out all the questions, including your name at the end, to make sure your entry is complete. Only complete entries will be considered valid and will be eligible for the prize.
