This April, the annual Property Team Props contest returned for its third year to celebrate the hardworking onsite staff who keep multifamily communities thriving across the country. In honor of Apartment Onsite Teams Day, Apartments.com awarded three lucky apartment communities with the cash and supplies to throw an onsite party for their staff. Here are this year’s winners.
Meet the winning communities
Out of over 2,000 individuals who submitted their names, three communities scored the prize:
- Aurora Spitzer of The Madison at Marshfield in Marshfield, MA
- Kristie Juhl of Creekfront at Deerwood in Jacksonville, FL
- Simone Shaw of Taylor Gardens in Baltimore, MD
Each of the winning communities received $1,500 to throw a fabulous thank-you party.
