With 20 million leads and the highest conversion rate in the industry, Apartments.com has been ensuring you fill your vacancies with high-quality renters. In the third quarter of 2023, we provided 2X the lead-to-lease conversion of the nearest competitor and released new tools to help you increase your occupancy. Here are some of the recent highlights.

 

Broad exposure to millions of renters

From July through September, Apartments.com continued to provide maximum exposure, delivering:

  • 45 million monthly visitors
  • 253 million website visits
  • 1.7 billion media impressions across the top networks and streaming platforms

 

More resources to increase conversion

Not only can renters apply directly from your listing — a new feature released this summer — but now you can also get up-to-date reports on your dashboard to track just how many leads have been submitted this way. This new functionality, which takes renters straight to your leasing portal, was one of many recent updates to empower you and your renters with the tools you need to be successful.

We also launched a whopping 13,000 new area guides to help renters get to know your neighborhood — and discover your property.

And these tools have been paying off. Did you know that 30 percent of applications for one leading PMC were from renters who searched Apartments.com within an hour of submitting their application?

Brand awareness has been skyrocketing. Apartments.com continues to lead the pack for unaided brand awareness, which jumped to 53 percent last quarter — an all-time record for Apartments.com and all rental networks. This means that over half of all consumers, when asked about how they would find an apartment, mention Apartments.com without prompting.
