Closing out the year, Apartments.com delivered 13 million leads to advertisers, with twice the conversion rate of other leading internet listing services. A better, faster experience for renters and advertisers

With cost a top priority for renters, we launched the new Rent Estimate tool. This useful breakdown gives renters full visibility into total expenses, and it helps communities attract better informed renters ready to submit their applications.

 

And the application process is smoother and faster than ever. Renters can go straight from your listings to your leasing portal, saving time and reducing the potential for drop-offs. With 20 percent of community leads now coming in through this useful shortcut, the Apply Now option is gaining traction with advertisers and renters alike.

 

Reaching millions of renters across the country

From October through December, Apartments.com continued to connect with a diverse audience of renters, including:

  • 37 million monthly visitors
  • 199 million website visits
  • 1 billion page views
  • 647 million impressions across top networks and streaming platforms from ABC and Amazon to Netflix and Peacock

Prime-time ads during the World Series and NFL scored a win with millions of renters, driving awareness and leading more renters to your properties.
