Daryl Smith is the senior vice president and chief marketing officer of KETTLER. With a focus on digital media, marketing operations, and brand strategy, he brings over two decades of experience in multifamily marketing, following a background in journalism and public television. Daryl has worked for Pinnacle Property Management Services, Trammel Crow, Riverstone Residential, Greystar, and Bonaventure, and he currently serves on the advisory board for the Apartment Innovation & Marketing Conference.
Marcia Bollinger is the senior vice president of multifamily for Apartments.com. With over 40 years’ experience in apartment lead-generation tactics, Marcia was instrumental in building the Apartments.com Network into the country’s premier internet listing site. She is the recipient of the National Apartment Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Certified Apartment Supplier designation, and NSC Victor Award.
