- Applicants can apply directly through your listing for $24.99 and re-use their application up to 9 more times for 30 days
- You’ll receive TransUnion® criminal, eviction, and credit reports included with all applications
- Your one listing will automatically be placed on five leading websites in our network
Your listing will have an “Apply Now” button for renters to apply directly from your listing. You’ll quickly get all the information you need to choose the right renter, including income-to-rent ratio, employment status, household information, and rental history.
You will receive online applications from each applicant, including roommates living together. Conveniently review and compare them in the applications dashboard. Once you've made your decision, you can act immediately from the dashboard and move forward to the next step.
Each credit report includes a breakdown of an applicant’s total reported debt, detailed payment history for credit accounts, and employment and address history. TransUnion® searches national databases and county records so you will have all the background information you need in order to feel confident in your decision.
Applicants verify their identities and pay for their own reports, so you don't have to worry about spending the time and money to source them yourself. Reports are run as "soft inquiries," so they won't negatively affect an applicant's credit.

Paying rent online is safer and easier for you and your tenant!
With Apartments.com, you will have access to a few new features:
- The ability to add itemized, recurring monthly charges for things like utilities, parking, pet fees, etc.
- Receive expedited payments in just three business days (instead of five) for free (eligible payments only)
You’ll be able to stay organized and see all payments from your tenant(s) in one place, including deposits and move-in costs. You’ll know if your tenants are current with payments, or if the rent or other fees are past due. Automated email reminders will go to tenants each month with late fees already included if rent is past due.
Collecting rent comes with no additional subscription costs or hidden fees for property owners. Tenants can choose to pay with their checking accounts for free, or they can pay with a debit or credit card for a 2.75% fee. The choice is theirs, but there’s no extra cost for you either way.

For existing Cozy property owners and managers, your accounts will be automatically transitioned to Apartments.com by mid-2021. You will be updated accordingly as the time to transition approaches.
